(Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) — The Guardian Civic League PAC, the political arm of the association representing nearly 1,200 active-duty minority police officers in Philadelphia, endorsed Eugene DePasquale for Attorney General.
“Minority law enforcement officers have a tough job; we need elected officials who understand the challenges we face, respect our profession, and will fight for us to have the tools we need to keep every Pennsylvanian safer. Eugene DePasquale is the leader we trust, and we enthusiastically, wholeheartedly endorse him as PA’s next Attorney General,” said Crystal Williams-Coleman, president of the Guardian Civic League.
“For nearly 20 years, I’ve proudly served the citizens of PA as a public servant, but the brave men and women who swear an oath to protect us and put their lives on the line every day are an entirely different class of public servants,” said Eugene DePasquale. “I’m honored to have the support of so many law enforcement officers across the commonwealth, and I have nothing but the utmost respect for the work they do.
